Each and every year the Middleton PTSA strives to make a positive difference at our school and we encourage you to be a part of this worthwhile organization.   Membership dues are only $10 but together they go a long way toward helping us reach our goals.    Anyone may be a member - students, teachers, parents, grandparents and community members.

Simply download the membership form document.  Complete the form and either return it to Middleton's main office with your membership dues or you may email the completed form to the VP of Membership at vpmembership@middletonptsa.org and make your payment using the PayPal button on the lower right side of this page.

The Middleton PTSA was recognized in the Spring of 2013 by Hillsborough County's PTA when we won 4 competitive awards:

Advocacy Program Award for Neighborhood Bus Drivers Program

Education Program Award for the Parent FCAT Workshop

Family Involvement Award for the Parent FCAT Workshop

High School Person of the Year - Lillie Nichols

We also received awards for Student Involvement, Communications' Excellence and Mentor-A-PTA for the assistance we provided Ferrell Middle PTSA.

PTSA also offers support to the following:  Alumni's Middleton vs. Blake Game Festivities, Parent FSA Workshop, Relay for Life, AVID/Gear Up, Student Advisory Council and the Alumni Association
